We are involved in various organizations that we have accompanied throughout the evolution of the law on harassment and appropriate behavior at work. The realities encountered, as well as the scientific literature on the subject, have led us to develop content whose primary objective is to increase the scope of official rules, so as to favor a preventive approach and to intervene quickly, in order to avoid a painful escalation for the parties involved. The second fundamental objective is to empower people to take responsibility for the work climate through the use of simple and effective communication tools.
Over the years, we have worked on hundreds of projects addressing all types of skills development and behavior transformation needs. Some of our offered solutions have won national and international awards. We have been able to meet all types of customers, sometimes in one-off interventions, but most often as part of a strategic and systemic approach bringing together all the actors of the organization.
